That’s exactly what our self-defense course is about. Together, we create a safe and supportive space where you’ll learn to assert yourself with confidence and remain capable of acting in challenging situations. The course is open to everyone aged 16 and up and teaches practical self-defense techniques. Physical exercises and mental strength go hand in hand.

Instructor
The course is led by Niklas. With clear instructions and extensive experience, he guides you step by step and strengthens your trust in your own abilities.

Our After Work Yoga Flow on Mondays invites you to consciously leave the workday behind and gift yourself some time just for you. In the kcee studio, movement and breath come together in a smooth, flowing practice, sometimes powerful, sometimes calm, always mindful. The class is suitable for all levels. Whether you’re completely new to yoga or already have experience, you’ll find space here to move, relax, and fully arrive within yourself.

Instructor
Our yoga teacher Jessica will guide you through the entire session with care and sensitivity. She creates an atmosphere where you feel safe, seen, and welcome.

Costs & Participation
The class is fee-based. You can choose between a trial class, a single class pass, or a 5-class pass.
